Refund & Exchange Policy

Gen-Arc Nutrition aims to provide high-quality nutrition products and a smooth customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers can return products and receive refunds or replacements.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility (Returns are accepted only for:)

  • Products received in damaged condition.
  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item or wrong variant delivered (flavor / size).

Note: In all cases, products must be: Unused and unopened.
In original packaging, with all seals, labels and invoice intacts

2.Unpackaging Video

  • You must provide a full and complete video of the unpackaging of the product, clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt. Without unpacking video, no return.

3. Return Window & Conditions

  • Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and clear photographs of the product/outer box will be required to verify damage, defect, tampering or wrong item delivery.
  • Products are not eligible for return if:
    • Seal is broken or product is used, except where required for defect verification as per company discretion.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Email Gen Arc Nutrition customer support at your support email or call (+999999) at your support number within the return window, mentioning:
  • Order ID and date.
  • Product name and quantity.
  • Clear description of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.).
  • Attach photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.
  • Unboxing video showing the issue clearly, wherever applicable.

Gen Arc Nutrition reserves the right to approve or reject a return request after internal quality checks and investigation.

5. Pick-up, Shipping & Refunds

  • Once a return is approved, a reverse pick-up will be arranged at the delivery address where service is available, or the customer may be asked to ship the product to the designated warehouse address.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid further damage in transit.
  • After the returned product is received and inspected:
  • A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund to the original payment method or as store credit, as per policy.
  • Refund timelines: Refunds are typically processed within 15–30 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to wrong item or confirmed quality/manufacturing issue from Gen Arc Nutrition’s side.
  • If the customer ships the product themselves, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed in genuine defect/wrong-item cases, subject to prior approval.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Policy Changes

  • Gen Arc Nutrition reserves the right to modify, update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The policy applicable will be the one in force on the date of the customer’s purchase.
