1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within a standard timeframe after confirmation.

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders Dispatched from Warehouse

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse (i.e., handed over for delivery), it cannot be canceled without charges.

If the customer still chooses to cancel or refuses delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping/delivery charges.

4. Non-Delivery Cases

If the order is not delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order after dispatch, the refund will be issued after deducting delivery charges.

5. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a standard processing time after the order is returned to us or cancellation is confirmed.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping & Cancellation Policy, including applicable deductions once the order has been dispatched.
